Focus on maintaining accurate service records, monitoring inventory and SLA performance, resolving recurring product issues, and coordinating returned goods across the country's service network.

What you will do

  • Manage warranty claims, customer complaints, product troubleshooting, and service resolutions across in-person, phone, and digital channels.
  • Process after-sales transactions in SAP, including service notifications, service orders, repair orders, goods movements, returns, and period-close entries.
  • Review SAP data quality, correct transaction errors, maintain master data, and support system upgrades and new module rollouts.
  • Coordinate spare-parts inventory and reverse logistics for defective, returned, repaired, refurbished, or disposed products.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering warranty ageing, service tickets, spare-parts consumption, returned goods, costs, and SLA compliance.
  • Coordinate with customers, shops, EBD partners, retailers, service centres, logistics, warehouse, Sales, Finance, and other internal teams.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering or another relevant discipline from a recognised university.
  • At least 4 years of experience in operations, data, inventory management, after-sales service, logistics, or consumer goods.
  • Fluent written and spoken Portuguese and proficiency in English are essential for the Mozambique market.
  • Experience with ERP systems; SAP experience is a significant advantage.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills and the ability to analyse operational data and prepare reports.
  • Experience with warranty processes, spare-parts inventory, service operations, reverse logistics, or field-based operations is advantageous.
