Operations Coordinator Customs Brokerage

What you will do

• Coordinate customs processes between customers, operations, and Customs.
• Ensure customs entries comply with applicable laws and AEO requirements.
• Resolve customs-related issues and develop relationships with local Customs authorities.
• Lead process improvement initiatives, review process flows, and support onboarding of new business or agreed processes.
• Create, maintain, and validate client work instructions and SOP documents while checking data integrity.
• Monitor KPIs, deadlines, billing accuracy, system data updates, and produce required reports.

Requirements

• Experience with customs brokerage operations and customs compliance processes.
• Knowledge of applicable customs laws and AEO requirements.
• Ability to maintain process documentation, work instructions, and SOPs.
• Strong attention to data accuracy, billing, reporting, and deadline compliance.
• Ability to coordinate with customers, operations, local Customs authorities, and internal stakeholders.
