Location: On-site in Boca Raton, Florida, United States
Salary: $156,163β$188,149 per year, with potential eligibility for additional compensation.

provides technology-enabled grading, authentication, vaulting, and sales services for collectibles, including trading cards, autographs, comic books, coins, video games, tickets, and memorabilia.
What you will do
- Lead end-to-end site production and logistics from pre-arrival coordination through inventory, processing, storage, and outbound shipping; grading is managed by a separate organization.
- Scale operations from thousands to tens of thousands of unique items annually through capacity planning, workflow design, staffing, and technology support.
- Own safety, quality, productivity, throughput, and service KPIs, establishing operating mechanisms and review cadences across teams.
- Drive continuous improvement, standardize scalable processes, reduce variability, and improve turnaround times and product quality.
- Lead multiple integrated departments through managers and supervisors, develop operational leaders, and manage cross-functional budgets and implementation decisions.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Facilities, Customer Support, Sales, and People teams on technology, risk management, workforce development, and operational strategy.
Requirements
- 10+ years of operational and leadership experience as a general manager or operations director in light manufacturing, warehousing, fulfillment, or similar environments.
- Demonstrated success in production, logistics, quality improvement, process design, and large-scale customer care delivery.
- Experience translating strategic priorities into local operating plans focused on delivery speed, turnaround times, and product quality.
- Data-driven, decisive, collaborative, and change-management-oriented leadership style with a strong continuous-improvement mindset.
- Must work on-site at the Boca Raton, Florida facility and be legally authorized to work in the United States.
