What you will do

• Develop the customs brokerage product across operations, finance, sales, people, systems, and culture.
• Ensure accurate shipment classification, monitor duty deferment usage, and follow up on customs refunds.
• Manage license and visa applications, new-business transitions, customs systems, and reporting requests.
• Audit files according to AEO requirements and support trade compliance efforts and training.
• Promote productivity tools and implement system changes and enhancements.
• Conduct staff appraisals, one-to-one meetings, goal setting, and development monitoring.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of customs brokerage-specific experience.
• Customs Brokers License.
• English language proficiency.
• Written and verbal communication, listening, presentation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership, emotional intelligence, adaptability, change management, and strategic planning skills.
• Knowledge of the global logistics industry.
