What you will do

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers as the primary point of contact.
• Develop trusted-advisor relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Identify new customer opportunities, acquire new logos, and expand existing accounts.
• Develop and execute account strategies focused on growth, profitability, retention, and satisfaction.
• Coordinate account activities and ensure timely, successful delivery of solutions.
• Track account metrics, KPIs, and financials while presenting the value of software, cloud, advisory, delivery, and managed services.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in Business Management or Computer Science, graduating in 2024 or 2025.
• Strong passion for a career in sales.
• Fluent English in verbal and written communication.
• Ability to engage stakeholders from IT through C-level and articulate business value.
