What you will do
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships as the primary point of contact.
- Acquire new customers, expand existing accounts, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and execute account strategies covering growth, profitability, retention, and satisfaction.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate software and cloud solutions.
- Coordinate account activities and ensure timely, successful solution delivery.
- Track account KPIs and financials while engaging stakeholders from IT to C-level.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in Business Management or Computer Science.
- Graduation year: 2024 or 2025.
- Strong interest in building a career in sales.
- Fluent English in verbal and written communication.
