Senior Product Owner (AI)

Location: Hybrid in commuting distance of Leiden, Netherlands

hirify.global develops a B2B SaaS platform for integrating and managing e-commerce marketplaces.

What you will do

• Own the marketplaces domain, including adding new marketplace channels and maintaining existing integrations.
• Shape product strategy and roadmap based on customer, marketplace, and business needs.
• Refine and prioritise the backlog, define epics and user stories, and translate complex requirements into functional designs.
• Guide development of platform capabilities, including ongoing AI enhancements, throughout the sprint cycle.
• Lead discovery, prioritisation, and delivery with Engineering and UX while collaborating with Customer Success, Delivery, and commercial stakeholders.
• Strengthen product ways of working by aligning with other Product Owners and bringing structure to the product organisation.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience as a Product Owner, IT Business Analyst, or Project Manager in B2B SaaS development.
• Strong product ownership fundamentals, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Experience conducting customer discovery and validating problems before developing solutions.
• Technical depth in software development, APIs, integrations, and/or platform architecture.
• Experience defining success metrics and using data to guide product decisions, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Living within commuting distance of Leiden is required.

Nice to have

• E-commerce or marketplace experience.
• Experience with AI/ML product features.
• PSPO or similar Product Owner certification.

Hiring process

• Recruitment screening call followed by video meetings with Product colleagues and the Director of Product.
• Final office visit to meet the CPTO.
