Product Manager (AI)

Location: Based in the Netherlands; fully remote from Europe, with hybrid work available from eligible offices.

What you will do

• Own the growth strategy and roadmap for a core product area across acquisition, activation, adoption, and retention.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact growth opportunities with Product and Engineering teams.
• Design discovery-led acquisition loops, streamlined user experiences, and scalable product-led journeys.
• Define measurable goals, use data and experimentation to validate hypotheses, and improve growth performance.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Go-to-Market teams to align execution around shared outcomes.
• Translate evolving AI capabilities into practical product, user-experience, and growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Product management experience with meaningful exposure to growth, product-led growth, acquisition, activation, adoption, or retention.
• Demonstrated experience applying AI within a product, workflow, or team.
• Experience taking products, features, or initiatives from 0 to 1 in rapidly changing environments.
• Strong technical fluency and the ability to discuss architecture, implementation considerations, product capabilities, and technical trade-offs with engineers.
• Ability to define metrics, set measurable goals, use data to guide decisions, and influence without formal authority.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder-management, prioritization, and execution skills in ambiguous environments.
