Product Leader (AI)

What you will do

• Own the product vision and strategy across hirify.global’s portfolio with an agentic-first approach.
• Lead products covering shopper experiences, shipping, returns, inventory, demand planning, package support, and governmental compliance.
• Build, launch, and scale B2B2C product offerings from zero to one and through later-stage growth.
• Translate customer problems into clear, monetizable product solutions.
• Define success metrics and deliver measurable business results.
• Build cross-functional relationships with engineering and business teams to ship innovation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including exposure to AI-native or agent-powered products.
• 3+ years managing Product Managers across multiple product pillars.
• Strong systems thinking for aligning a growing portfolio of products and SKUs.
• Demonstrated success launching zero-to-one products and scaling them.
• Familiarity with shipping, returns, logistics, inventory, or cross-border commerce.
• User-centric approach with a strong focus on business outcomes and simplifying complex products.
