Senior/Lead Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Define and execute a scalable product strategy aligned with company objectives, revenue growth, user engagement, and market expansion.
• Own the product roadmap and backlog, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and technical feasibility.
• Lead customer-centric discovery, incorporate feedback into product development, and define KPIs for adoption and product performance.
• Coordinate engineering, design, sales, marketing, customer operations, and other stakeholders from ideation through execution.
• Coach and mentor Product Managers while structuring and professionalizing product development practices.
• Enable sales and post-sales teams with product knowledge, training materials, and customer insights.

Requirements

• Expertise in opportunity discovery, feature design, product understanding, and solving complex industrial problems.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and balancing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Strong technical collaboration skills and the ability to support scalable, high-impact product development.
• Deep knowledge of product management methodologies including Lean, Agile, and OKRs.
• Advanced data analysis and data-driven decision-making experience.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, stakeholder alignment, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
