What you will do
- Contribute to product vision, customer problem definition, user needs, success metrics, and scalable product opportunities.
- Translate complex operational pain points into reusable product capabilities, workflows, requirements, and integrations.
- Work with enterprise customers and design partners to map workflows, constraints, and KPIs and turn pilots into scalable deployments.
- Shape AI-powered workflows using agents, copilots, recommendations, automation, and human-in-the-loop approval.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Operations Research, Customer Operations, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Build product narratives, demo flows, proof points, and reusable go-to-market assets.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS.
- Understanding of AI agents, copilots, recommendations, automation, and decision orchestration in complex enterprise operations.
- Ability to learn operational environments, map workflows, understand KPIs, and identify high-value product opportunities.
- Experience with enterprise products or solutions and understanding of adoption, change management, safety, explainability, and deployment constraints.
- Technical fluency in data flows, system constraints, AI behavior, workflow automation, and integration requirements.
- Strong analytical, written, verbal, and cross-functional communication skills, with interest in supply chain, manufacturing, aerospace, MRO, operations research, planning, or industrial software.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI-powered B2B products, intelligent automation, decision-support tools, or workflow orchestration.
- Background in supply chain, manufacturing, aerospace, MRO, quality, planning, procurement, logistics, or operational execution software.
- Familiarity with LLM workflows, RAG, tool use, prompt design, evaluation, AI observability, or human-in-the-loop patterns.
- Exposure to operations research, optimization, simulation, constraint programming, or planning systems.
- Experience creating product narratives, demo flows, and customer proof points with Sales and Customer Success.
