Product Manager (AI)

Location: Utrecht, Netherlands; hybrid work with at least 2 days per week in the Utrecht office. Applicants need EU citizenship or a valid work permit for the Netherlands and must be available for at least 32 hours per week.

Salary: €4,500–€6,000 gross per month based on a 40-hour work week.

What you will do

• Own product strategy for the Core AI team and translate customer insights into user-focused features and roadmap items.
• Identify opportunities to use AI to automate repetitive workflows and reduce setup friction.
• Lead features through the full product lifecycle, from discovery and design to delivery.
• Write product specifications and collaborate with Machine Learning Engineers, Fullstack Engineers, Product Designers, and QA.
• Extend AI capabilities for feed mapping and categorization across advertising platforms and e-commerce marketplaces such as Bol.com and Amazon.
• Act as an internal and external thought leader on applying AI to customer workflows.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Experience with product discovery, design, delivery, and taking solutions from 0 to 1.
• Ability to solve technical problems that strengthen customer-facing features and think strategically about future opportunities.
• Strong stakeholder management, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent English communication skills required.
• EU citizenship or a valid work permit for the Netherlands required; availability for at least 32 hours per week and two office days in Utrecht required.

Nice to have

• Experience in an e-commerce platform or e-commerce company.
• Experience with third-party integrations and APIs.
