Senior Supply Chain Analyst (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives focused on cost, quality, delivery, and risk mitigation.
• Identify, evaluate, qualify, onboard, and manage domestic and international suppliers.
• Lead RFQs, commercial evaluations, negotiations, supplier recommendations, contracts, and long-term supply agreements.
• Partner with Engineering to source and qualify suppliers for fabricated, machined, cast, forged, welded, electrical, and custom-engineered components.
• Support new product introduction from early design through production launch and drive supplier development initiatives.
• Manage purchase orders, supplier commitments, ERP sourcing data, inventory requirements, and supply continuity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of strategic sourcing or procurement experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience sourcing engineered or technical commodities from domestic and international suppliers.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, specifications, and manufacturing documentation.
• Strong negotiation, contract management, analytical, project management, and organizational skills.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen; additional security screening may apply for access to export-controlled information.
