Talent Development Strategy & Organizational Effectiveness Manager

Location: Fully onsite in Tacoma, Washington, United States at 1301 A Street, Tacoma, WA 98402.

Salary: $120,000–$160,000 per year, with potential performance-based incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise talent and leadership development strategies aligned with business goals.
• Drive organization-wide talent reviews and succession planning for critical roles.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of four direct reports.
• Partner with executives and HR leaders on workforce planning, internal mobility, and leadership capability.
• Lead organizational effectiveness, culture, and change initiatives that improve performance and engagement.
• Oversee leadership and professional development programs, workforce data analysis, governance, compliance, and budget management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in talent management, organizational development, leadership development, or a related discipline.
• Experience leading and developing teams in a corporate or large organizational environment.
• Proven success designing and implementing enterprise-wide talent and leadership development programs.
• Experience with succession planning, talent reviews, performance management, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and change management.
• Ability to work fully onsite at the posted Tacoma location.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• SHRM-SCP, CPTD, CPLP, or similar professional certification.
• Experience using workforce analytics and talent data to drive strategy and decisions.
• Understanding of HR governance, compliance, and risk management.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for business meetings, conferences, and training.
