People Business Partner

Location: 100% remote, work from home; candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship. Flexible hours may be required, with travel of up to 10% including occasional overnight travel.

Salary: $90,000–$100,000 per year, plus benefits.

What you will do

• Advise executives, directors, and managers on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, talent management, and employee experience.
• Coach leaders and support talent assessments, development strategies, performance reviews, goal setting, and succession planning.
• Manage complex employee relations matters, investigations, conflict resolution, corrective actions, and performance concerns.
• Use workforce analytics, engagement data, turnover trends, and organizational health metrics to guide people and business decisions.
• Support organizational change, workshops, training sessions, and integrated People initiatives with Compensation, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Operations.
• Promote compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws while improving People programs, policies, processes, and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner or comparable strategic consulting role.
• US work authorization without current or future visa sponsorship is required.
• Advanced knowledge of employment laws and HR practices, including employee relations, wage and hour compliance, leave and accommodations, discrimination and harassment prevention, investigations, and terminations.
• Experience advising senior leaders, managing employee relations matters, organizational change, workforce planning, and talent management.
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, relationship management, project management, and organizational skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, Slack, and HR systems.

Nice to have

• SHRM-CP or PHR certification.
• Experience supporting nonexempt, multi-state, and remote workforces.
• Experience with Dayforce and SuccessFactors.
