Salary: $118,200–$197,000 annual (USD)

What you will do

• Advise and coach senior and executive leaders on talent, people management, career development, and human capital strategy.
• Lead workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, and human capital plans across multiple business lines.
• Execute employee engagement, talent calibration and review, performance management, and compensation programs.
• Support organizational change initiatives, including communication plans, employee engagement, transformation workstreams, and service unification.
• Use HR system data and analytics to develop proactive solutions and inform leadership decisions.
• Monitor risk, regulatory, audit, and internal control requirements related to HR operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of experience in human resources or relevant business roles, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency with relevant software and HR analytics tools.
• Proven experience resolving complex HR-related issues.
• Experience supporting senior to executive-level managers and multiple business lines.
• Sound judgment in complex and ambiguous situations, with the ability to influence leaders and build alliances.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• SPHR and/or SHRM-SCP certification.
• Experience with HR systems and report generation.
• Understanding of the supported business lines.
