What you will do

• Manage development projects according to PMO standards, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality compliance.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, and work breakdown structures while proactively managing risks.
• Act as the central interface between Product Management, Engineering, Industrialization, Procurement, and Quality teams.
• Prepare product cost calculations and support pricing negotiations for tooling and components.
• Drive engineering changes and change management activities throughout the product lifecycle.
• Facilitate project status meetings and maintain high-quality project data in the management system.

Requirements

• Technical education in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Several years of project management experience in a product development or manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Fluent in English (applications must be submitted in English).
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 20%.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI.
• Proficiency in German or Chinese.
