What you will do
- Lead technical software projects across waterfall, agile, and hybrid delivery models.
- Develop strategies and detailed plans for site updates, wind-farm software patching, timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets.
- Coordinate SCADA software deployment with production teams.
- Run internal and external software development teams and collaborate with outsourcing partners.
- Manage project risks, execution, documentation, and end-to-end quality against business goals.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience leading software development projects.
- Experience with agile methodologies such as SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban.
- Knowledge of modern software architectures, including edge computing and cloud-based solutions.
- Strong planning, risk management, communication, team-building, and coordination skills.
- Experience in the wind energy business and knowledge of SCADA.
Nice to have
- Cybersecurity knowledge, including IEC 62443 and NIS2.
