What you will do

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews or demos, and retrospectives for the SFMC development squad.
• Support backlog grooming and refinement for Marketing Cloud journeys, campaigns, and automations with business stakeholders.
• Track and report sprint and delivery KPIs, including velocity, quality, and lead time.
• Identify and help remove impediments and dependencies across SFMC, Core Cloud, and Commerce Cloud squads.
• Coach the team on Agile principles, continuous improvement, and DevOps best practices.
• Coordinate release planning for Marketing Cloud deployments and contribute to the Agile working model.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience.
• Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach for software or marketing-technology delivery teams.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps for sprint and backlog management.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud concepts, including journeys, campaigns, and data extensions.
• Good written and spoken English required.

Nice to have

• Certified Scrum Master or Professional Scrum Master certification.
• SAFe or another scaled Agile framework certification.
• Experience supporting multi-market, multilingual marketing operations.
• Experience in consulting.
