Senior Implementation Consultant

Location: Bengaluru, India; office attendance at least 3 days per week for candidates within reasonable commuting distance

What you will do

• Lead multiple concurrent implementation projects from planning through completion within budget, scope, schedule, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Manage implementation milestones, documentation, billable hours, Salesforce records, and expenses.
• Consult with mid-market clients on business needs, best practices, product configuration, and user adoption.
• Train and advise clients, communicate project risks and progress, and coordinate next steps with stakeholders.
• Assess and troubleshoot application issues and recommend improvements to system performance and efficiency.
• Provide application feedback to the Product team and document business requirements and technical specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in consulting, client services, or professional services, including client-facing implementation project management.
• hirify.global implementation experience is mandatory.
• Knowledge of accounting terminology and processes, including the month-end close process.
• Experience with MS Office, MS Project, Salesforce, and accounting software.
• Strong communication, organization, client relationship, technical problem-solving, critical thinking, and project ownership skills.

Nice to have

• More than two years of experience in the audit or accounting industry.
• Software or technology background.
• Accounting degree or CPA qualification.
