What you will do

• Plan, execute, and manage enterprise projects from inception through delivery while meeting quality, timeline, and pricing requirements.
• Coordinate clients, internal teams, freelance talent, and external stakeholders to maintain alignment and resolve issues.
• Manage project capacity, resource forecasting, timelines, budgets, scope changes, invoicing, consultant costs, cash flow, and reporting metrics.
• Build client relationships, identify business needs, support PO utilization, and drive organic growth within existing accounts.
• Establish SOPs, improve operational processes, and implement project management tools and training.
• Mentor, train, and lead project managers and supply leads.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in client-facing roles, including 3 years managing teams.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, analytical, written, and oral communication skills in English.
• Experience working independently, navigating ambiguity, and managing conflicting priorities.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA.
• Graduate or postgraduate degree; an MBA is preferred.
• PMP certification is preferred.
