Salary: $118,000 – $148,000 base + bonus + equity

What you will do

• Lead the full project lifecycle from sales scoping and transition to implementation and closing.
• Translate client requirements and objectives into detailed project plans.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and resources for sophisticated enterprise projects.
• Partner with Solutions Architects and Consultants to drive execution of the project plan.
• Lead Steering Committee meetings and manage communications with C-level partners.
• Define and adapt implementation processes for the EMEA and international client base.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including 4 years in project management.
• Professional experience in enterprise-class SaaS software implementations.
• Proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Prior external client-facing experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Professional experience in Financial Services, Technology Implementations, or Consulting.
• PMP certification.
• Familiarity with EMEA-based Wealth Management and Investment Advisory operating models.
• Experience with Salesforce/FinancialForce, Monday.com, Jira, or Confluence.
• Previous experience in investment management software implementations.
