What you will do

• Manage enterprise projects end to end, from initiation and scope definition through delivery and closure.
• Develop project schedules, milestones, metrics, SOPs, and operational processes.
• Coordinate clients, internal teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and talent supply to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, scope changes, capacity utilization, invoicing, consultant costs, and cash flow.
• Build client relationships, identify pain points and future needs, and drive purchase-order utilization and organic account growth.
• Mentor, train, and lead project managers and supply leads while preparing weekly and monthly management reports.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a client-facing role, including 3 years of team management experience.
• Graduate or postgraduate degree; an MBA is preferred.
• Project management expertise, including resource forecasting, budgeting, risk mitigation, and process improvement.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English are required.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Previous management or leadership experience.
