Manager Software Engineering (Project Manager)

Location: Noida, India. The work model prioritizes in-person collaboration while offering flexibility.

What you will do

• Manage multiple projects for multiple customers and lead project teams of 35 or more people.
• Define roles, responsibilities, communication channels, and project collaboration practices.
• Act as Scrum Master and apply Agile SAFe development methodology.
• Lead requirements and design sessions with customers and coordinate developers, architects, and stakeholders.
• Review complex technical solutions, architecture, integrations, and design approvals.
• Identify technical risks and ensure mitigation throughout software and application development projects.

Requirements

• Experience in program or project management for multiple projects and customers.
• Hands-on experience with Scrum Master responsibilities, Agile SAFe methodology, and software development processes.
• Strong experience with Java, Spring, REST APIs, XML/JSON, and basic SOAP services.
• Knowledge of Oracle or SQL Server, SQL, RDBMS, Git, Jira, AWS, and MongoDB.
• Experience with requirements gathering, use case definition, software design and implementation, architecture reviews, and third-party system integration.
• Strong communication and coordination skills in fast-paced development environments.

Nice to have

• Web services and insurance industry knowledge.
• Angular, J2EE on WebSphere or JBoss, Struts, Spring, Hibernate, UNIX shell scripting, and JProfiler.
• Experience with Eclipse, Postman, SoapUI, or Robo 3T.
