Project Scheduler, Associate (Manufacturing)

Location: Cheswick, Pennsylvania, United States; flexible schedule with one work-from-home day or a 9/80 schedule. US citizenship is required, and candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance.

Salary: $59,700–$99,500 per year.

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, monitor, and update project schedules under guided direction.
• Build schedules covering prerequisite activities, manufacturing operations, purchasing activities, and customer commitments.
• Support project managers with critical path analysis, resource allocation, and Project Work Plan development.
• Monitor project progress and prepare schedule reports for stakeholders.
• Facilitate timeline coordination and communication across project teams.
• Identify schedule risks and recommend solutions.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of project scheduling tools, such as Microsoft Project.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Basic understanding of project management principles is preferred.
• US citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance are required.
