Project Manager (Mechanical/Electrical Engineering)

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates generally must reside in states where MKS is registered to do business. Up to 20% travel required.

Salary: $81,675–$136,125 USD per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Support end-to-end delivery of product transfer capital projects from concept and design through commissioning.
• Provide mechanical and electrical engineering expertise for operational performance and improvement initiatives.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, scopes, and estimates across multiple operational sites.
• Partner with operations teams, contractors, stakeholders, and site teams to deliver practical engineering solutions.
• Apply value engineering and best practices to improve project outcomes, reduce costs, and enhance performance.
• Ensure safe delivery and compliance with engineering, HSE, and CDM regulations while promoting a zero-incident culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Project management experience in an industrial, heavy-industry, manufacturing, aggregates, asphalt, concrete, or similar environment.
• Qualifications or equivalent experience in mechanical and/or electrical engineering.
• Experience managing project budgets and delivering complex projects across multidisciplinary, multi-site teams.
• Strong problem-solving, resilience, adaptability, and stakeholder communication skills.
