Project Scheduler (Nuclear)

Location: Brea, California, United States; onsite

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 per year

What you will do

• Create and maintain project schedules covering prerequisites, manufacturing, purchasing, and customer commitments.
• Analyze schedules to identify risks, conflicts, and critical path activities.
• Maintain cost profiles, approved cost budgets, and forecasted revenue budgets.
• Perform earned value and pseudo-earned-value cost and schedule analysis.
• Complete project setup activities and support project teams with customer presentations, scheduling, and action-item tracking.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of scheduling or project coordination experience.
• Proficiency with project scheduling software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or an equivalent tool.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse teams.
• Knowledge of earned value management principles and practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile.
