What you will do
- Build and grow a dedicated client portfolio through relationship management and exceptional client service.
- Provide tailored financial advice across day-to-day banking, investments, lending, estate planning, home ownership, and business setup.
- Develop local-market sales plans, convert leads, generate opportunities, and increase referrals.
- Build client relationships through networking and community involvement.
- Attend local events and participate in marketing and outreach activities.
- Work banking centre hours, including possible evenings and weekends, and support multiple centres within a reasonable travel distance.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience providing financial advice and establishing client relationships while achieving performance targets.
- Current CIRO-MFD accreditation and good standing, with eligibility for CIRO-MFD licensing.
- Current accreditation and good standing in the Canadian Securities Course, Canadian Investments Funds Course, or Investment Funds in Canada Course.
- For Quebec-related licensing: current AMF accreditation and good standing, completion of CIFC or CSC, and Registered Retirement Consultant certification.
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada at the specified location, with a valid work or study permit where applicable.
- Strong client engagement, relationship-building, networking, business development, and results-oriented skills.
