Financial Advisor - CIRO - MFD/AMF

Location: On-site full-time in Creston, British Columbia, Canada; flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance is required.

What you will do

• Build and grow a dedicated client portfolio through relationship management and exceptional client service.
• Provide tailored advice across day-to-day banking, investments, lending, estate planning, and broader financial planning.
• Develop local-market sales plans, convert leads, generate opportunities, and increase referrals.
• Establish new client relationships through networking, community connections, marketing, and outreach activities.
• Work flexible banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends when required.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience providing financial advice, establishing client relationships, and achieving performance targets.
• Current accreditation and good standing in the Canadian Securities Course, Canadian Investments Funds Course, or Investment Funds in Canada Course, with eligibility for CIRO-MFD licensing.
• For Quebec-related practice: current AMF licensing accreditation, CIFC or CSC completion, and Registered Retirement Consultant certification.
• Legal eligibility to work in the specified Canadian location is required; a valid work or study permit may be required.
• Strong client engagement, relationship-building, networking, business development, investment, lending, and portfolio management skills.
