Financial Advisor (CIRO-MFD/AMF)

Location: On-site full-time in Sainte-Julie, Quebec, Canada; flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance is required.

What you will do

• Build and grow a dedicated client portfolio through relationship management and exceptional client service.
• Provide tailored advice across day-to-day banking, investments, lending, estate planning, and financial planning.
• Develop local-market sales plans, convert leads, generate opportunities, and increase referrals.
• Build community connections through networking, local events, marketing, and outreach activities.
• Work banking centre hours, which may include evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience providing financial advice, establishing client relationships, and achieving performance targets.
• Current CIRO-MFD accreditation and good standing through CSC, CIFC, or IFC, with eligibility for CIRO-MFD licensing.
• Current AMF licensing and good standing, with CIFC or CSC completion to support Quebec licensing and Registered Retirement Consultant certification.
• Strong client engagement, relationship-building, networking, business development, and results-oriented skills.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
