Financial Advisor - CIRO-MFD/AMF - Sainte-Julie

Location: On-site full-time in Sainte-Julie, Quebec, Canada; flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance and during evenings and weekends may be required.

What you will do

• Build and grow a dedicated client portfolio through relationship management and exceptional client service.
• Provide tailored advice across day-to-day banking, investments, lending, financial planning, and estate planning.
• Develop local-market sales plans, convert leads, generate new business, and increase referrals.
• Use credit and investment solutions to deliver needs-based advice and strengthen client loyalty.
• Attend community events and participate in marketing and outreach activities to build local connections.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience providing financial advice, establishing client relationships, and achieving performance targets.
• Current CIRO-MFD accreditation and good standing through CSC, CIFC, or IFC, with eligibility for CIRO-MFD licensing.
• Current AMF licensing accreditation and good standing in Quebec.
• Successful completion of CIFC or CSC to support AMF licensing, plus Registered Retirement Consultant certification.
• Strong relationship-building, networking, client service, business development, investment, lending, and portfolio management skills.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit is required where applicable.
