What you will do

• Partner with product line and division management on cross-functional programs to achieve operational and financial goals.
• Coordinate portfolio prioritization, budget alignment, and OPEX spending against project plans and targets.
• Drive COGS reduction plans to support gross margin objectives.
• Create and continuously improve business processes.
• Coordinate division-level business continuity planning and crisis management.
• Drive safety compliance, including laboratory safety practices, and support completion of enhanced product lifecycle deliverables.

Requirements

• Depth or breadth of expertise in a specialized discipline or field.
• Ability to interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend improvements to products, processes, or services.
• Experience leading functional teams or projects with moderate resources, risk, or complexity.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to guide others through complex problems.
• Ability to communicate difficult concepts and negotiate effectively with stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
