Management Associate

Location: Los Angeles, CA; onsite full-time. Hybrid and remote work will not be considered.

Salary: $80,000–$140,000 annually, plus potential stock options and benefits.

What you will do

• Partner with department heads and senior leaders to coordinate and execute leadership priorities.
• Manage scheduling, meeting preparation, follow-ups, and other leadership workflows.
• Track cross-functional initiatives, resolve coordination challenges, and maintain team alignment.
• Support operational problem-solving across budgeting, staffing, procurement, and supply chain coordination.
• Prepare analyses, materials, and briefings for leadership decision-making.
• Identify bottlenecks and improve internal processes as the organization scales.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience requiring strong analytical and operational thinking.
• Experience managing complex projects, priorities, or workflows.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
• High judgment, discretion, and ownership.
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as needed and to work onsite full-time in Los Angeles.
