Location: San Francisco office; in-person 5 days per week

Salary: $150K–$200K base salary, plus equity

hirify.global provides an agentic marketing automation platform that helps enterprise growth teams manage go-to-market activities from acquisition through retention using AI agents.

What you will do

• Lead business operations as the first BizOps hire and build the company’s operational backbone.
• Manage company finances, including runway analysis, spend tracking, and cost-efficiency initiatives.
• Handle legal and administrative operations, including vendor contracts, office agreements, procurement paperwork, and new-hire documentation.
• Lead special projects across marketing and sales that support company growth.
• Work directly with the founders across multiple areas of the business.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in business operations, finance, or chief of staff roles.
• Experience building processes from scratch in ambiguous environments.
• Structured thinking with the ability to develop practical solutions and drive execution independently.
• Clear communication across candidates, vendors, investors, and other stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with financial data.
• Ability to work in person in the San Francisco office five days per week.
