Senior CRM Engineer (Contractor)

Location: United States; hybrid work indicated by #LI-Hybrid. Authorization to work in the United States is required. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

What you will do

• Create Microsoft Power Apps and develop proof-of-concepts for new functionality.
• Design, develop, test, and implement D365 PowerApps, related flows, custom Dynamics features, and business processes.
• Consult with business stakeholders to modernize processes through PowerApps and automation.
• Participate in business-case development, work estimation, and implementation of development best practices.
• Create solution documentation and user guides, and assist with communicating newly released features.
• Monitor and troubleshoot performance and other issues; provide on-call and/or after-hours support when required.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of hands-on CRM solutions development experience, 6+ years of hands-on CRM experience, and 8+ years of IT experience.
• 3+ years of building PowerApps and Flow structure-driven applications.
• Up-to-date expertise in D365 CRM, Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, .NET development, portal development, Power BI, and Azure.
• Experience integrating within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and working with Microsoft Dataverse/Common Data Service.
• Experience designing and developing entities in PowerApps, with excellent UI design skills.
• Experience integrating Dataverse and CRM solutions such as Dynamics 365.
• Experience using API custom connectors within PowerApps.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure, work independently, solve problems critically, and communicate professionally with people at all levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, engineering, or a relevant field.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
