Senior CRM Engineer (Microsoft Dynamics 365/PowerApps)

What you will do

• Create Microsoft Power Apps and develop proof-of-concept solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and implement Dynamics 365 PowerApps, custom features, business processes, and related flows.
• Modernize business processes through PowerApps and automation in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Participate in business case development, work estimation, and implementation of CRM best practices.
• Create application documentation and user guides, communicate new features, and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Provide on-call and after-hours support when required.

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
• At least 4 years of hands-on CRM development experience, with 6+ years of CRM experience, preferred D365 CRM or Power Platform experience, and 8+ years of IT experience.
• 3+ years of experience building PowerApps and Flow-based applications.
• Current expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, .NET, portal development, Power BI, and Azure.
• Experience integrating the Microsoft 365 ecosystem with Dataverse/Common Data Service and CRM solutions such as Dynamics 365.
• Strong UI and PowerApps entity design skills, API custom-connector experience, problem-solving ability, and professional communication skills.
