Salary: $128,470 - $192,710

What you will do

• Lead governance and oversight of System Integrator (SI) execution according to deployment methodology and standards.
• Act as the primary deployment lead for assigned dealers throughout the end-to-end deployment lifecycle.
• Provide technical and functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O and CE) to troubleshoot issues and guide decision-making.
• Oversee data migration strategy, execution, and validation to ensure data integrity and readiness for go-live.
• Review SI deliverables including designs, configurations, and integrations to ensure alignment with architectural standards.
• Mentor other deployment specialists and communicate risks and status to dealer and corporate leadership.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading deployments of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
• Strong working knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) modules.
• Experience governing System Integrators in large-scale ERP implementations.
• Hands-on experience with data migration strategy, tools, and cutover in enterprise ERP deployments.
• Deep understanding of D365 architecture, including data models, integrations, and extension patterns.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; visa sponsorship is not available.
