What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement complex enterprise solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Lead technical architecture and development for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, including Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, and Commerce.
• Provide additional technical support for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement products.
• Collaborate with architects, product teams, business analysts, integration engineers, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and development teams.
• Drive software engineering and DevOps best practices while supporting a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
• Evaluate Microsoft technologies and industry trends to inform strategic technical decisions.

Requirements

• Experience developing large software products, including upgrades and migrations.
• Experience estimating and monitoring development costs from functional and technical requirements.
• Experience with software architecture and design for major projects, including evaluating architectural alternatives and trade-offs.
• Experience designing data exchange interfaces, ETL processes, technology bridges, and integrations with customer or partner infrastructure.
• Expert-level experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Microsoft development technologies including .NET, C#, and X++, Power Platform, and Azure DevOps.
• Extensive experience with Unified Pricing Management, Inventory Visibility Service, Commerce Scale Unit, Dual-Write, Microsoft Fabric, data and solution architecture, JavaScript, and SQL.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Azure microservices and other Azure components.
• Working knowledge of integration development and Azure tenant and environment management.
