Workforce Planning Partner Senior

Location: In-office role based in Pittsburgh, PA; Cleveland, OH; Birmingham, AL; Dallas, TX; or Downers Grove, IL.

Base salary: $50,000–$185,900 per year, plus incentive eligibility based on company, business, and/or individual performance.

What you will do

• Direct the design, execution, and measurement of complex, data-driven workforce strategies across multiple business units.
• Monitor internal and external labor-market trends and lead multi-horizon, multi-variable scenario planning.
• Engage senior leaders and executives to align workforce-planning assumptions, standards, governance, and execution accountability.
• Consult on organizational redesign and shape operating models for how and where work happens at scale.
• Drive adoption of workforce-planning tools and standards, measuring cost, productivity, efficiency, skills coverage, staffing mix, and location outcomes.
• Translate workforce plans into prioritized hiring, reskilling, automation-pilot, and vendor or contractor decisions with clear owners and timelines.

Requirements

• Typically 8+ years of industry-relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree; a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service, may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Knowledge and skills in decision-making and critical thinking, emerging technologies, financial forecasting and modeling, human resources consulting, industry knowledge, influencing, matrix management, organizational change management, organizational savvy and politics, talent management, and workforce analytics.
• Ability to manage workforce risks and align plans with risk and compliance frameworks.

• Master’s degree, PhD, or relevant certifications.
