Talent Manager

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio, United States; hybrid work with in-person attendance at a hirify.global office several times per week. Travel across hirify.global offices and local or out-of-state travel may be required, up to 15%.

Salary: $70,000–$106,000 annually; 8% bonus target; estimated total cash range of $75,600–$114,480.

What you will do

• Build relationships with business leaders and maximize deployment opportunities for assigned consulting professionals.
• Analyze staffing, scheduling, utilization, forecasting, engagement, and variance data using reporting platforms and tools.
• Advise practice and operations leadership, lead staffing calls, provide workforce insights, and escalate staffing issues when needed.
• Review engagement scopes and contractual documents, track resource requests, conduct skills searches, and present candidates for client assignments.
• Coordinate with Talent Management, HR, Finance, firm leadership, engagement managers, and advisors to optimize staffing and business processes.
• Meet with employees to understand skills, career goals, and preferences; support deployment, performance management, career growth, and critical career events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as business, human resources, or communications.
• 5+ years of experience in a related field.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently with urgency, and ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with executives and small or large audiences, both virtually and in person.
• Ability to conduct difficult conversations and resolve conflicts.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, and If/Then statements, as well as Teams, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Professionalism, confidence, enthusiasm, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel across hirify.global offices up to 15%.

Nice to have

• Experience with a professional services firm.
• Previous business consulting, business operations, human resources, or recruiting experience.
• Proficiency in or interest in data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Willingness to embrace emerging technologies, including AI-powered tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Cowork.
