Senior Case Manager (Workers’ Compensation)

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of complex workers’ compensation claims from end to end.
• Develop, implement, and review tailored return-to-work and injury management strategies.
• Advise on liability, entitlements, and return-to-work outcomes in line with legislation and guidelines.
• Partner with injured workers, employers, insurers, medical providers, and other stakeholders to support recovery.
• Identify risks and recovery barriers, coordinate suitable duties and workplace modifications, and implement resolution strategies.
• Maintain high-quality case documentation, mentor junior team members, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in workers’ compensation case management.
• Strong knowledge of relevant workers’ compensation legislation and frameworks.
• Experience managing complex claims and competing priorities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to provide coaching, guidance, and technical support to colleagues.

Nice to have

• Background in allied health or injury management, such as rehabilitation, physiotherapy, or occupational therapy.
