Quality Improvement Engineer (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Drive and coordinate quality improvement initiatives across manufacturing and assembly quality departments.
• Develop, implement, and harmonize quality processes and ways of working.
• Analyze, monitor, and visualize quality performance metrics and KPIs using reporting and dashboard tools.
• Support Quality Review Meetings with trend analysis and performance insights.
• Identify improvement opportunities through data analysis, process reviews, customer feedback, and operational input.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops, coordinate improvement actions, and track sustainable business impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Innovation Management, or a related field.
• Experience in continuous improvement, project management, process development, or operational excellence.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Experience with KPIs, reporting, and data visualization tools such as Power BI and Excel.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with SAP, Microsoft 365, or other business intelligence tools.
• Familiarity with quality management principles, non-conformance processes, or root cause analysis.
