What you will do

• Develop technical data packages and justifications for capital improvement projects with vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement manufacturing processes and technologies with technical experts.
• Lead process improvements focused on yield, quality, uptime, capacity, and safety.
• Drive root cause analysis and resolution of complex manufacturing and equipment issues.
• Plan and execute commissioning, decommissioning, start-up, shutdown, and equipment qualification activities.
• Provide technical support to operations and drive continuous improvement of manufacturing assets.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing plant environment.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills, including diagnosis and resolution of equipment and process issues.
• Ability to manage complex, time-sensitive projects and collaborate across teams.

Nice to have

• Six Sigma certification.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing others.
• Demonstrated success influencing outcomes through collaboration, negotiation, and team leadership.
