Manufacturing Technology Engineer

What you will do

• Develop data packages and technical justifications for capital improvement projects with vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement manufacturing processes and technologies.
• Lead process improvements focused on yield, quality, uptime, capacity, and safety.
• Conduct root cause analysis and resolve complex manufacturing and equipment issues.
• Plan and execute commissioning, decommissioning, start-up, and shutdown activities.
• Lead qualification efforts for new and upgraded equipment and provide technical support to operations.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing plant environment.
• Strong technical problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop others in a team-based environment.

Nice to have

• Six Sigma certification.
• Experience influencing outcomes through negotiation and team leadership.
