What you will do

• Manage and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) at the Richen site.
• Plan and implement site certification according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001.
• Coordinate and execute internal and external audits with certification bodies.
• Lead improvement projects using methodologies such as 8D, Six Sigma, Poka-Yoke, and PDCA.
• Facilitate Kaizen workshops, prepare FMEAs, and develop control plans.
• Analyze quality KPIs and build dashboards using Power BI and SAP.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Quality Management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in establishing QMS and maintaining ISO 9001 management systems.
• Experience in planning and conducting audits and leading projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and SAP.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
• Location: Onsite presence in Richen, Germany is required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a comparable technical qualification.
• Experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 management systems.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• ISO 9001 Auditor certification (Internal or Lead Auditor).
• Database and programming skills such as SQL, Power Query, or Python.
• Knowledge of SPC, MSA, and Process Capability Analysis.
