MT Engineer

What you will do

• Lead new product introductions at the site, coordinating with product lifecycle management teams and ensuring timely, high-quality production ramp-up.
• Identify, plan, execute, and govern site capital projects, including CapEx tracking and technical implementation support.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across manufacturing safety, quality, capability, efficiency, and cost performance.
• Lead the site process safety management program, review process safety requirements, and coordinate risk mitigation with operations and subject-matter experts.
• Provide technical support for process issues, equipment failures, and quality concerns, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with global manufacturing technology teams on best-practice sharing, benchmarking, knowledge transfer, and process standardization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience within the company, or 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, maintenance, or project management.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese is required.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and communicate effectively from the shop floor to senior leadership.
• Hands-on, results-driven approach with the ability to balance operational execution and strategic thinking.
• Physical fitness and ability to meet the role’s health and safety requirements.

Nice to have

• Six Sigma certification, such as Green Belt or above.
• Project Management certification, such as PMP.
