Supply Chain Rotational Role (Supply Chain and Operations)

Location: Onsite in Brecksville, Ohio, United States

Salary: $59,700–$70,000 per year

Manufacturing organization focused on pressure relief valves and related engineering, production, supply chain, and operations activities.

What you will do

• Complete four six-month rotations across Supply Chain, Operations, Customer Service, Planning, and Logistics.
• Assist with and lead projects focused on process improvement, efficiency gains, and waste elimination.
• Support new product launches by managing ERP master data in Infor LN, sourcing suppliers, requesting quotes, and analyzing recommendations.
• Perform forecasting, order management, supply chain analysis, commodity spend analysis, and sales forecasting.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Business Development, Operations, customers, and suppliers to source competitive, high-quality parts and services.
• Monitor costs and departmental metrics, maintain pivot-table reports, identify savings opportunities, and present supplier performance insights to management.

Requirements

• Completed BA or BS degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or Supply Chain Management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with quick turnaround times.
• Ability to identify problems, escalate issues, and execute appropriate solutions.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work with customers, suppliers, and employees or managers at all levels.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with standard business software, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to maintain a safe work environment and lift office products and supplies up to 20 pounds.
