2027 Entry Level Rotational Program Supply Chain - LEAP

Location: Rotations across U.S. locations including Wilmington, DE; Newark, DE; Marlborough, MA; Schaumburg, IL; Bayport, TX; Circleville, OH; and Towanda, PA. The program requires 100% geographic flexibility and willingness to relocate within the U.S. as business and development needs require.

What you will do

• Complete a minimum of three rotational assignments, each approximately 18 months long, across multiple supply chain functions and business locations.
• Contribute to supply chain optimization, material flow improvement, inventory management, and operational performance initiatives.
• Support procurement excellence, strategic sourcing, logistics strategy, planning effectiveness, and service-level improvement.
• Use analytics, digital tools, ERP systems, planning systems, and business intelligence to identify opportunities and improve processes.
• Partner with stakeholders across operations, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, planning, commercial, and digital teams.
• Develop functional expertise and leadership capabilities through mentorship and cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Analytics, Logistics, Procurement, or a related discipline at the time of employment.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• At least six months of relevant paid internship, co-op, or equivalent experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, engineering, operations management, analytics, manufacturing, or a related field.
• Legal right to work in the U.S. without current or future need for visa sponsorship.
• 100% geographic flexibility and willingness to relocate within the U.S. as required by the program.
• Ability to analyze data, use digital tools, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive sustainable business improvements.

Nice to have

• Leadership experience in academic, professional, or extracurricular activities.
• Experience with data analytics, business intelligence, digital supply chain tools, ERP, planning, procurement, logistics, inventory management, visualization, or workflow automation.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and data-driven decision-making.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification or willingness to obtain it during the program.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
