TL;DR
Early Career 2-5 Years LEAP Rotational Program Supply Chain (Supply Chain and Digital Transformation): Developing supply chain capabilities across planning, procurement, logistics, operations, analytics, and business transformation through structured rotations with an accent on supply chain optimization, material flow, sourcing, and demand and supply planning. Focus on analyzing data, enabling digital supply chain tools, improving operational performance, and solving complex cross-functional business challenges across multiple U.S. locations.

Location: Rotations across U.S. locations, including Wilmington and Newark, Delaware; Marlborough, Massachusetts; Schaumburg, Illinois; Bayport, Texas; Circleville, Ohio; and Towanda, Pennsylvania. Requires 100% geographic flexibility and willingness to relocate as business and development needs require.

What you will do

  • Complete a minimum of three rotational assignments of approximately 18 months each across supply chain functions, businesses, and locations.
  • Contribute to supply chain optimization, material flow improvement, procurement and sourcing excellence, logistics strategy, and inventory management.
  • Support demand and supply planning, scheduling, service-level improvement, and operational performance initiatives.
  • Use analytics, digital tools, ERP, planning systems, and business intelligence to improve supply chain processes.
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, planning, commercial, and digital teams.
  • Drive business process improvement, continuous improvement, and supply chain transformation projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in supply chain management, operations management, industrial engineering, business, analytics, logistics, procurement, or a related discipline at the time of employment.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
  • Legal right to work in the U.S. without current or future need for visa sponsorship.
  • Willingness to relocate and maintain geographic flexibility across U.S. program locations.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, use digital tools, and drive sustainable business improvements.
  • 2–5 years of relevant industry experience in engineering, manufacturing, operations, automation, digital manufacturing, process improvement, or a related technical field.

Nice to have

  • Experience with data analytics, business intelligence, digital supply chain tools, ERP, planning, procurement, logistics, inventory management, visualization, or workflow automation.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and data-driven decision-making.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification or willingness to obtain it during the program.
  • Leadership experience and strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
