The role aligns with PST business hours.
Salary: $89,300–$151,800 national range; $101,900–$173,200 national plus range for higher-cost labor markets, including Western Washington and Alaska. Annual compensation varies by location, market conditions, skills, and experience.

What you will do
- Execute and implement Clinical Programs strategy and goals in alignment with organizational objectives, laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Supervise Case Managers and lead care management teams, including case management and delegated management oversight.
- Select, train, evaluate, and develop clinical, paraprofessional, and administrative staff.
- Oversee Clinical Programs operations, budgets, performance standards, and productivity.
- Improve processes and systems using quality improvement methodologies and data-driven performance monitoring.
- Maintain operational compliance and cooperative relationships, including compliance with NCQA and OIC requirements.
Requirements
- Current state credential or healthcare licensure permitting independent assessments is required, such as RN, ARNP, LMFT, LICSW, LPC, LMHC, psychologist board certification, dietitian certification, or a related healthcare credential.
- CCM certification is required, or certification must be obtained within 24 months of hire.
- Five years of case management or healthcare experience and three years of management experience are required.
- Experience training clinical and non-clinical staff and managing case management teams.
- Experience with NCQA, URAC, or accreditation review processes.
- Experience with continuous process improvement, creative problem solving, and integrated case management models.
Nice to have
- RN license.
- Master's degree or another advanced degree in a health-related field.
- Advanced training in Motivational Interviewing.
- Experience with LEAN or Synectic methodologies.
