Sales Administration Specialist (SAP)

Location: Hybrid work model in Warsaw, Mazovia, Poland

What you will do

• Receive customer purchase orders and enter them accurately into SAP.
• Validate and correct SAP data to maintain database integrity.
• Resolve order-related queries and obstacles with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to improvement projects.

Requirements

• At least one year of professional experience in a similar position.
• Good written and spoken Polish and English; English at minimum B2 level.
• Strong attention to detail and an understanding of complex business processes.
• Customer-oriented and service-oriented approach to work.
