What you will do

• Manage event planning via Cvent, including building websites, surveys, and registration pages.
• Produce and coordinate professional webinars.
• Lead travel booking and logistics for Healthcare Professional (HCP) speakers.
• Process, track, and reconcile Scientific Education team expenses within budgets.
• Audit event documentation to ensure adherence to compliance standards and regulations.
• Analyze and communicate data effectively to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in healthcare (private, public, government, or military).
• Fluent English proficiency (speaking, writing, and reading).
• Must be legally authorized to work in Poland without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in additional languages spoken in the EMEA or APAC regions.
• Experience with the Cvent Event Management Platform.
• At least one year of experience with HCP compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in SmartSheets, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite.
