Location: On-site full-time at hirify.global Banking Centre, Cobourg-72 King Street West, Canada. Work may include evenings and weekends, with flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance. Candidates must be legally eligible to work at the specified location and may need a valid work or study permit.

What you will do

• Meet personal, business, and small business clients to understand their priorities and financial goals.
• Recommend tailored banking, credit, investment, mortgage, and wealth protection solutions.
• Build and deepen client relationships through outreach, networking, and community banking events.
• Manage or contribute to mortgage client portfolios and refer clients to appropriate banking partners.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and support their digital banking needs.
• Identify business development opportunities through calls, referrals, and client relationship growth.

Requirements

• Current accreditation and good standing with a Mutual Funds License through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds in Canada.
• Financial Services Representative II candidates need at least 1 year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
• Associate Financial Advisor candidates need 2–3 years of experience providing financial advice and achieving sales results through advice-based conversations.
• Associate Financial Advisor candidates must meet eligibility requirements for CIRO-MFD licensing.
• Strong client service, relationship-building, goal-planning, critical-thinking, and digital literacy skills.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada is required; a valid work or study permit may be required where applicable.

Nice to have

• Prior banking experience in a similar capacity.
• Current accreditation and good standing in CFSA (Certificate of Financial Services Advice).
