Salary: $135,600–$230,500 per year

What you will do

• Design, develop, and support enterprise workflow automation solutions using Appian, Microsoft technologies, and related automation platforms.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and stakeholders.
• Lead complex automation initiatives involving case management, workflow orchestration, document processing, and system integrations.
• Build integrations with internal and external systems using RESTful APIs, web services, and event-driven architectures.
• Apply Appian AI and intelligent automation for classification, extraction, summarization, routing, and decision support.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, performance tuning, troubleshooting, production support, and platform governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of relevant software development experience and knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
• Experience with business process automation and software development using one or more programming languages.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and services for integrations.
• Experience working in an Agile environment and adapting to new technologies.
• Experience in healthcare or another highly regulated industry.

Nice to have

• Strong Appian experience.
• Experience communicating with and representing engineering teams to other teams or leadership.
